Мотивация - просто о сложном Еще одна интересная и вечно насущная тема. Тема эта, насколько насущна, настолько и сложна.
Есть такое древнее высказывание: «Мастер говорит просто о сложном, а подмастерье – сложно о простом».
Тема мотивации, сама по себе сложна и по этому, попытаюсь разложить все, на элементарные и простые в восприятии – составляющие. В помощники беру: знания, свой профессиональный опыт и логику. Учитывая свой профессиональный интерес – работу бизнес-тренера, я буду рассматривать мотивацию вообще, и с точки зрения обучения и развития.
